Yesterday we announced that we are now hunting for customer service staff. We have already received some very interesting applications, and I'm positive we will be able to gather a great team at RaC city.

Application forms are available in the RaC city skinstore.

We will wait and give everybody a chance to send in their applications and then it might take some time to go through them all. If everything goes as planned we should have an excellent customer service in a few weeks.

I'm so sorry to those who had missed that the group was closing today! I've sent out notices to the group in the past, but as we all know sometimes group notices don't go through :(

- You don't have to choose between your favorite groups to subscribe.
- The news will be delivered via IM and saved in your chat history. No more not receiving group notices.
- You will receive occasional gifts and pictures of new products just like before. Select "keep" when we send it to you.
